CUSTOM CUTTING SERVICE 
We have installed  a computer controlled Router that can cut out shapes from 1" x 1" to 30" x 30" in 1/8", 1/4 ", 3/8" and 1/2" Baltic Birch or Medium Density Fiberboard. The 1/8" and 1/4" can be cut with a 1/8" diameter router bit. The 3/8 and 1/2 are cut with either a 1/8" or a 1/4" router bit. For smaller items there is a minimum quantity of 36 parts, for larger items the minimum will be the quantity that would fix on a 30 x 30 sheet. Fax or mail a drawing of the part and the quantity that you will need and we can quote on the parts for you
